Analysis included external stakeholder mapping:

  • Change agents (influencers) were identified with a quick online questionnaire
  • Influencers were then engaged and involved in:
    • designing processes related to SAP,
    • delivering trainings, and
    • developing implementation plans to support a successful transition



RESULTS: INFLUENCER INVOLVEMENT

Six months after running the OrgMapper analysis:

  • Employee resistance regarding the use of SAP is minimal or discontinued
  • Reports are now delivered on time and in high quality
  • The previous ERP system is no longer used or supported
  • SAP is integrated into daily operations and culture
