Improve communication and social integration, to minimize employee and client loss

ANALYSIS OUTCOMES:

List of Influencers - the organization’s most acknowledged and well-connected employees to help achieve client’s goals

Based on the analysis of the formal and informal communication networks of the employees, we developed recommendations for the involvement of Influencers in the creation and promotion of a new corporate culture

INTERVENTIONS IMPLEMENTED:

Influencers were involved in strategy execution workshops and dialogue sessions with their peers. Through their key positions in formal and informal networks, they were able to spread the message of the new vision three times faster than formal leadership through official channels.

By bridging the informal organizational boundaries, Influencers helped better integrate multiple groups of poorly connected employees.

As a result of bottom-up initiatives, employee resistance was minimized (3% employee loss), and the buy-in of Influencers was successful (2% client loss)
