An objective map of respected key employees who were most likely to succeed driving optimization programs and projects.Being peer-nominated, 91% of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) felt inspired to accept the invitation to engage in the various programs involving change.
Interventions and results:

As a result of bottom-up initiatives, employee resistance was minimized, the buy-in of KOLs was successful, the retention of key-employees achieved, and a high-energy atmosphere across the organization maintained.
